Career summary
I have spent over 20 years in the advertising industry. In Australia, New Zealand and the UK. I have run my own successful independent agency as well as having been Creative Director of national and international advertising and direct marketing agencies. My last position was as a Creative Director at Wunderman, London & Europe.

I was responsible for the agency's single-largest piece of business, the Ford Motor Company account. Handling between 25 to 40 briefs per month.
I have directed TV commercials as well as produced radio, original music and corporate videos. Over the years, my work has won numerous international awards and nominations. But over and above winning awards, I have always made it a priority to increase business for my clients.
I'd have to say that I have been successful in achieving just that. It's hard work and I love it. Who wouldn't when you get to do things like this ....

I had the privilege of art directing this shoot with photographer David LaChapelle and Naomi Campbell. The brief was all about 'being tempted'. We sold the client on the idea of "Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden in a sports car". We also said we wanted photographer-superstar David LaChapelle to do the shoot. David's was astronomic and he wouldn't do it unless we got Naomi! It was a big ask, but it went ahead - live python and all! Our client was canny enough to see the media opportunity. The resulting exposure and kudos exceeded the client's expectation and sales that summer were very attractive!
